About Training & Placement Cell

Cummins College has a separate focused T&P Cell for counselling, employability training and providing excellent on campus opportunities. Cummins achieved excellent placement in the last 11 years with core opportunities. Outcome is majorly because of successful planning and execution of the cell. It is a dream of many students to get placed in a dream company (salary above 6LpA with a good engineering profile) and students have achieved it. The average and highest CTC every year is the highlight of the placement.

The trainers required for placement training have industry experience which plays a major role in shaping up career goals of students. Corporates like Dassault Systems, Cummins India Limited, Persistent Systems Limited, Rubicon, Zensar RPG Foundation, HCL, KPIT have come forward to support students to enhance their employability skills.
